For the past four years, our community has come together with one shared purpose: to accelerate the fight against Rett Syndrome and fund the research that brings us closer to a cure. As we celebrate our fifth year, we're excited to introduce a new chapter in our journey. The Reverse Rett Upstate New York Fall Festival has evolved into Rett Fest—a celebration of hope, community, and meaningful impact.

This year, every dollar raised will directly benefit the Barrett D. Otis Charitable Fund, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By supporting research through our own charitable fund, we can make thoughtful, hands-on decisions about which groundbreaking scientific initiatives receive funding, ensuring donations are directed where they have the greatest potential to change lives.
